Newcastle Toastmasters will be reviewing our PUBLIC training course as soon as possible. Toastmasters have recently introduced a new training program which we are reviewing to see if it is a viable option for us. We will update details of our course plans when we have a clearer view of the future. Please however continue to register your interest by email OR come along and visit us at one of our Club Meetings. VISITORS ARE ALWAYS WELCOME!
PUBLIC SPEAKING 101 is a new short course being developed by the Newcastle Toastmasters Club.

It will be run over 3 sessions of about 2 hours with 4 - 6 participants. The course is designed to build confidence in in Public Speaking by learning how to overcome your nerves and by learning techniques to build your skills and confidence.

In the first 2 sessions there will be educational presentations covering the key issues of public speaking:

In each session the participants will be asked to present a speech. The speaker will be evaluated and receive feedback from an experienced Toastmaster. The speeches will be videoed and packaged with the evaluation and sent to the participant so they can review their presentation and the feedback.
